The installation method is a DIN35 card rail, and it is compatible with weighing/pressure/tension sensors with a sensitivity of 0.5-3mV/V. The sensor excitation voltage is 5VDC±3%, with a maximum current of 100mA, and it can drive up to 4350Ω sensors.
The input signal range can be set to ±39mV (default), ±78mV, ±1.25V, or ±2.5V. The temperature coefficient is ≤(0.01% of reading + 0.3d)/°C, and the linearity error is ≤0.003% F.S. The stable resolution is 1/10000, and the sampling speed can be set to 10Hz, 40Hz, 640Hz, or 1280Hz.
The communication interface is RS485 Modbus RTU/ASCII, with support for baud rates of 9600, 19200, and 38400. The factory parameters are set to 9600 baud rate, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, and no checksum.
The digital display feature of the load cell amplifier includes an LED screen that shows the readings of the load cells directly. The accuracy is ±0.003% FS, and the input signal range is ±39mV.
The digital load cell controller can be set up to display different units, including kg, g, ton, and newtons. The parameter setting is done through 4 keys, and the load cell indicator can be calibrated on-line by its 3 keys. The setting parameters include zero, capacity, communication rate, division value, and decimal digits.
